Job Summary
Conduct onboarding processes and track new hires through their first 180 days, including experience evaluations. Support leaders on sensitive topics like performance, conflicts, and terminations while evolving continuous feedback culture. Execute satisfaction surveys, launch separation interviews in the RM system, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and guidelines. Analyze strategic people indicators such as turnover and engagement to drive action plans. Collaborate with recruitment, labor routines, and SESMT teams while upholding JBS culture and leadership behaviors. Requires a complete degree in Administration or Psychology, Office proficiency, and valid B license. Residency in Diamantino, Cuiabá, or Barra do Garças is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia ou áreas afins.
- Conhecimento no pacote Office.
- CNH categoria B válida.
- Disponibilidade para viagens periódicas.
- Conhecimento na área de Recursos Humanos.
- Residir ou fixar residência em Diamantino/MT, Cuiabá/MT e Barra do Garças/MT.
