Manage payroll inputs including overtime, absences, and attendance records; track employee leave and license approvals with managers; support leadership on electronic timekeeping and manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for open retail positions. Liaise with the union regarding collective agreements and serve as preposto in labor actions. Oversee internship and apprenticeship contracts, assist in performance evaluations, and handle internal client inquiries. Execute endomarketing campaigns and health prevention initiatives while managing vendor payments.
