Conduct recruitment and selection by analyzing internal requests, contacting stakeholders for profile details, reviewing CVs, and sourcing qualified candidates. Schedule and receive candidates for behavioral interviews, manage admission and periodic exam appointments, and handle admission process returns. Facilitate new employee integration by presenting company benefits and internal procedures, while addressing staff inquiries and directing them to appropriate areas. Manage payroll and leave controls by updating plans, registering requests, and issuing notices; process tax vouchers and cash adjustments via system. Monitor attendance records, calculate overtime and night allowances, and generate journey control reports for management. Execute legal tasks including labor homologations, INSS leave requests, termination procedures, and benefit plan updates. Cover shifts as needed and support the 5S program implementation.
