Analista de Projetos (Vaga Afirmativa PCD)

Structure and maintain technical documentation for projects eligible under the Law of Good (descriptive memorials, technical reports, and R&D evidence). Manage multiple initiatives by coordinating the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, control, and closure, while ensuring stakeholder communication and OKR cycle alignment. Support project managers on complex initiatives through methodological and governance assistance, monitor project status, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Utilize project management methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence, incorporating AI to enhance productivity. Assist in periodic project grouping to maximize fiscal benefits. Requires analytical problem-solving skills and knowledge of PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, and automation. Full-time remote or home office role in Joinville/SC with 8-hour daily shifts Monday through Friday.
