Job Summary
Ensure development of executive projects within launch and construction deadlines while adhering to technical and quality standards. Manage and reconcile projects during pre- and post-launch phases, coordinating with Legal, Products, Budget, and Quality teams. Produce technical documentation including schedules, site visit reports, and sales material analysis. Hire design teams, manage approvals with concessionaires, and oversee contract payments. Conduct field visits to support construction and validate prototype works during masonry and installation stages. Provide information for preliminary and executive budget development. Maintain project schedules and ensure planned cash flow. Located in São Paulo, this role requires a 5-year engineering background with AutoCAD/Revit skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação em Engenharia, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em compatibilização de projetos
- Conhecimento em AutoCAD, Revit e/ou BIM
- Habilidade de análise técnica e resolução de problemas
