Develop and analyze technical layout studies for sales stands and decorated apartments, ensuring brand identity and customer experience. Conduct site surveys, measurements, and technical data collection to support project development. Manage end-to-end execution of sales stands and virtual apartments, overseeing installation phases. Source, negotiate, and monitor suppliers to guarantee quality and adherence to standards. Plan project schedules, control budgets, manage costs, and purchase materials. Supervise common area installations and landscape interventions, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Act as the interface between internal teams, suppliers, and partners to resolve project demands. Requires full degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with PDV mounting experience. Available for work in Campinas, SP.
