Conduct daily production line activities, investigating process failures and assembly defects. Lead technical meetings with Production, Engineering, Support, and Quality to drive root cause analysis using structured methodologies. Develop work procedures and instructions while validating the effectiveness of corrective actions. Support new product introductions, internal and external audits, and propose process improvements to increase First Pass Yield. Interpret technical drawings and product specifications for notebook, tablet, and payment terminal assembly processes.
