Manage and monitor the order portfolio to ensure vehicle delivery predictability, tracking the entire process from request entry to handover. Identify deviations and bottlenecks by conducting root cause analyses and proposing action plans while collaborating with relevant teams for alignment. Develop and track performance indicators, transforming data into actionable insights using Excel and Power BI to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino superior completo
- Experiência anterior como Analista
- Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel
- Experiência com Power BI e análise de dados
- Vivência na construção de indicadores e acompanhamento de performance
