Job Summary
Lead financial control for the PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance) unit, focusing on heavy maintenance CAPEX and supporting strategic decisions for external service contracts and long-term investment projects. Construct the annual PCM budget in partnership with finance and other areas, while managing cost control and analyzing ROI/ROIC metrics to drive maintenance strategy. Act as the primary focal point with the finance team, ensuring alignment on assumptions, timelines, and deliverables, and consolidate unique financial views between the Heavy and Line cells. Develop and present key financial indicators, extract data from SAP, and update the 5-Year Plan annually. Identify cost optimization opportunities and collaborate with Aerotech to reduce maintenance check costs.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Atuação prévia em controle financeiro, planejamento ou gestão de custos
- Capacidade para calcular ROI, ROIC e elaborar cenários de orçamento
- Excel avançado
- Inglês Avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação)
- Domínio em apresentações executivas
