Conduct inventory planning analyses and support technical definitions of stock occupancy to ensure operational capacity. Compile and analyze data on stock adherence and density while assisting in stock movements through the system. Develop, control, and analyze key performance indicators for the inventory area to identify operational deviations and root causes. Create and optimize indicators such as heat maps and departmental stock views to facilitate operational agility. Lead work sessions and forums with distribution centers to identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans. Prepare presentation materials for management decisions and present SLA and KPI data to the logistics leadership. Maintain 5S organization standards and execute other duties related to the role.
