Job Summary
Act as the focal point for the Business Unit on operational themes, managing the supplier chain and identifying process improvement opportunities. Construct and maintain performance and quality indicators while interacting with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams. Ensure continuity and security of essential credit and benefits card operation flows by applying deep knowledge of card structures, supplier relationships, and regulatory requirements. Work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
Required Qualifications
- Profundo conhecimento nas estruturas operacionais de cartão de crédito e débito
- Experiencia prévia em relacionamento com fornecedores da industria de Cartão
- Conhecimento em regras de bandeira, exigencias regulatórias e informes legais
- Atuação presencial em São Paulo no modelo Hibrido
