Analyze client reimbursement requests for CVC and B2B units nationally and internationally, then submit claims to airlines and track negotiations with suppliers until payment is processed. Access operational systems including Systur, Orbium, SICA, BSP, GDS, and airline portals to manage ticket transactions and perform back-office tasks such as reimbursement registration. Provide post-reimbursement support by clarifying payment dates and value compositions. Utilize basic Excel skills and knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, and airline portals (Gol, Latam, Azul) to read fare rules and PNR histories while managing multiple systems simultaneously. Work from 13h to 23h Tuesday through Saturday with fixed Sundays and Mondays off.
