Job Summary
Analyze and diagnose terminal issues remotely, directing field technicians for physical resolution when necessary. Monitor terminal status, update detailed records in Salesforce, and confirm resolution with stakeholders while documenting causes and solutions. Provide remote support to technicians regarding diagnostics, status updates, and procedural guidance. Coordinate external vendor attendances, issue service orders, and track demand execution. Maintain interaction logs by updating Salesforce based on URA communications. Requires full technical or higher education in IT, networking, or related fields, remote support experience, and availability for shifts. Salesforce and ticketing tool knowledge are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Curso técnico completo ou superior em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Ciências da Computação, Redes e áreas afins
- Experiência com atendimento remoto
- Disponibilidade de horários (escalas)
Desired Qualifications
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de chamados (preferencialmente Qualitor / Salesforce)
- Lógica e programação de testes
- Conhecimento em Trauma Zero e Zabbix
