Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst to support our global Sales organization. You will partner with the Sales team to ensure deals move through the sales process efficiently and accurately, review and manage order forms and sales contracts, maintain Salesforce data, create and review reports/dashboards, assist with onboarding and training new Sales team members, maintain sales documentation and process guides, and collaborate with Finance and other teams to support deal execution. You will monitor sales performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and help the organization operate more effectively by solving problems and improving processes across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
- Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
