Job Summary
Conduct prospecting, acquisition, and analysis of new businesses while adhering to company guidelines. Maintain and strengthen contact with brokers and land suppliers. Prepare and analyze economic/financial feasibility studies, market research, and competitor presentations while keeping land records updated. Contract and monitor necessary technical services including topography, mass studies, and environmental assessments. Provide support in information interfaces for partners, shareholders, and internal areas throughout project development. Assist in activity planning and process improvement. Requires Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, Geomarketing tools knowledge, and proficiency in Office and AutoCAD. Full-time role with PLR, flexible mobility, health insurance, and TotalPass benefits.
