Manage the yard for raw material and finished goods container operations, directing daily teams on receiving, storage, and request fulfillment. Organize physical locations within the warehouse for inventory and client orders, adhering to FIFO and FEFO rules. Execute physical stock inventories and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Lead operational training, maintain 5S standards, and act as a process auditor for stock-related administrative procedures. Generate management stock reports, address technical and administrative stock issues, and interface with Quality Control to ensure material compliance.
