Support the Head of Marketing on strategic and operational demands, including planning and executing shopping campaigns and events. Manage stakeholder interfaces with merchants, press, suppliers, and advertising agencies while creating internal communication pieces like circulars and marketing emails. Control contracts, budgets, and payable accounts, then seek partnerships for promotional and institutional actions. Generate reports and presentations to track results, monitor SAC records for improvement proposals, and analyze customer flow and sales indicators. Manage the CRM to support client relationship strategies and oversee social media alongside the agency. Requires a degree in Marketing, Administration, Journalism, or Advertising; intermediate Office skills; image and video editing tools; social media expertise (FB, IG); and prior retail or shopping center experience.
