Lead preventive and corrective building maintenance activities for the hospital unit, planning schedules, distributing teams, and overseeing daily operations. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair needs, ensuring safe and efficient infrastructure function. Manage third-party service execution, approve technical budgets, and control material acquisitions. Enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards while participating in risk management and continuous improvement programs. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Requires Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering degree with active council registration and prior healthcare sector experience. Schedule is 5x2 from 08h to 18h.
