Analyze data to diagnose equipment failures and develop effective solutions while proactively minimizing downtime. Collaborate with maintenance teams and related departments to ensure precise treatment of all maintenance aspects. Prepare technical reports, manuals, and presentations using collected data, photographs, and budgets. Conduct surprise store visits to audit service quality and identify pending issues. Optimize operational efficiency by seeking process improvements and creating service schedules based on urgency and team availability. Requires a full degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering with availability in the West Zone of São Paulo. Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
