Generate daily client refueling schedules via system, optimizing routes for distance and cost while adhering to specified constraints. Control client gas stock information received from Operations, generating purchase requests to the headquarters based on consumption history to ensure accurate distribution and inventory control. Process emergency refueling requests by evaluating possible routes, adjusting them if necessary, and assessing client stock levels relative to replenishment points to guarantee effective service. Analyze client gas stock data to identify potential overages for product reallocation and monitor equipment issues to manage company inventory and prevent losses. Consolidate and analyze supply indicators such as unrefueled clients and tank utilization, generating reports for Commercial and logistics management to reduce supply gaps. Manage outbound loadings with carriers, scheduling dates, establishing routes, and monitoring deliveries while seeking the best service at the lowest cost.
