Analista de Logística (customer service)

Job Summary
As a member of the 4flow management team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through customers’ logistics networks, ensuring material availability. Responsibilities include managing transportation for daily operations, performing customer service tasks, coordinating freight exceptions, optimizing daily transports, and initiating process improvements. Required qualifications include relevant studies in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or similar fields, practical experience in transportation, strong customer service focus, proficiency in MS Office tools, and communication skills in English and/or German.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or completed studies in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or relevant areas
- Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry
- High focus on customer service
- Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and/or German, additional languages are a plus
- Experience with MS Office tools
