Analista de Infraestrutura de TI Junior

As a Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst at Mondelēz International, you will support IT infrastructure setups, oversee vendors delivering IT services, and provide leadership for IT field services. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure projects and supplier agreements are delivered cost-effectively with high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring vendor performance against SLAs, supporting global/regional infrastructure initiatives in the local market, assisting the IT team with infrastructure setups, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align project delivery, and building analytical dashboards in Power BI to support infrastructure decisions. Desired skills include IT infrastructure knowledge (EUC, telephony, videoconferencing), data analysis and dashboard development (Power BI), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), strong verbal/written communication in Portuguese and English, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple vendors. ITIL certification and experience with IT vendor management and SLAs, Tableau or Amazon Quick, and basic Spanish are a plus.
