Analista de Importação Aérea

Coordinate air import shipments with origin offices and Brazilian clients, monitoring cargo from origin to destination airport while providing real-time updates. Track cargo availability in customs systems, execute daily internal system tracking, and coordinate communication with airlines, network offices, and customs brokers. Identify and resolve incidents involving missing, excess, damaged, or unavailable cargo to ensure high service levels and operational visibility. Requires advanced English proficiency, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in air import operations.
