Implement procedures for Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems and ensure the deployment of the H&S strategy for laboratories. Conduct periodic safety inspections, verify laboratory conditions, machinery, and equipment, and execute leadership rounds to document findings and track action closures. Perform risk and environmental assessments, identify hazards, and coordinate emergency simulations based on risk analyses. Supervise safe behaviors, participate in incident investigations from reporting to closure, and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor EHS performance indicators for continuous improvement and promote a prevention culture while reporting unsafe acts or conditions.
