Administer and parameterize projects in the Jira platform, configuring workflows, issue types, fields, screens, permissions, and schemas to ensure standardized and efficient tool usage. Create and maintain automations, dashboards, filters, and reports for project tracking while monitoring data quality and operational indicators to propose process improvements. Support teams on tool adoption, act as the focal point for incidents and requests, and document configurations and procedures. Collaborate with Product, Technology, PMO, and Business areas to evolve platform utilization and identify automation opportunities.
