Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for released issues while analyzing complex information to maintain accurate engineering parts lists across models, versions, and assemblies. Process internal change management documents (ECRs) to ensure proper workflow, collaborating with SMT engineers and other areas to complete required documentation. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis tools to interpret unusual or difficult problems independently. Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA registration, advanced English proficiency, and macro programming capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions of releasing issues
- Ability to work independent from Mentor and is assigned specific program responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, as well as overall computer proficiency
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual, difficult or complex
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Analyze and interpret complex information to create and maintain Engineering parts lists, ensuring correct application in models, versions and assemblies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA registration (mandatory)
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience with MS Excel
- Assisting SMT engineers and those from other areas in completing ECRs (internal change management documents)
- Processing ECRs to ensure proper workflow within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools (Power BI is desirable)
- Macro programming capabilities
