Analyze customer return requests by evaluating evidence and compliance with company policies, consulting SAP to validate fiscal documents, inventory movements, and product traceability. Collaborate with Transportation, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to gather information and analyze incidents, while assessing system records to approve or reject returns. Process correction letters and adjust return invoices to ensure fiscal and systemic compliance, responding to Customer Service inquiries by documenting analyses and tracking requests to completion. Contribute to reverse logistics efficiency by maintaining service quality and internal standards. Located in Vila Olimpia, SP, with a 08h to 18h schedule.
