Conduct organizational climate surveys, pulse checks, and pulse analysis while consolidating results into management reports and presenting insights to leadership. Manage the performance management platform, including evaluations, feedbacks, and PDI, while supporting leaders in structured feedback cycles and tracking individual and organizational performance indicators. Execute organizational diagnostics covering climate, culture, performance, and engagement; support the identification of individual and organizational development needs. Develop and evolve leadership development programs and contribute to the Corporate University Online content on leadership and culture. Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and employee experience metrics to align organizational culture with business strategy. Support the dissemination of organizational values and internal communication initiatives.
