Job Summary
Develop and refine AI tools to support business decision-making, while mapping and optimizing organizational processes to identify cost-saving opportunities in SaaS platforms. Prototype innovative solutions within the company's LAB de Inovação and analyze data to generate strategic insights for Planning. Collaborate across departments to implement data-driven improvements, documenting all methodologies and results. Requires advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R, along with strong process mapping and documentation skills. Full-time role with medical and dental assistance, meal and transport allowances, TotalPass, parking, pharmacy conveniences, and extended paternity leave.
Required Qualifications
- Formação superior em andamento ou completa em Tecnologia, Dados, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel avançado, SQL, Python ou R)
- Experiência ou forte interesse em inteligência artificial e machine learning
- Capacidade de mapeamento e documentação de processos
- Conhecimento em prototipação e desenvolvimento de soluções tecnológicas
