Elaborate the annual budget, calculate and maintain updated standard product costs, and generate cost reports by product. Analyze production order variations, sales orders, and receipt/gross expense fluctuations to inform relevant areas. Simulate costs for new products and processes to support feasibility studies and pricing. Allocate production costs, including direct labor, raw materials, and fabrication materials, while preparing management reports and KPIs. Support inventory audits, classify accounting documents per the chart of accounts, and ensure accurate cost allocation. Maintain updated databases and controls for cost assessment, complying with internal norms and processes.
