Coordinate cyclic and general inventory counts while validating shelf-life policies and product expiration routines. Automate operational reports and checklists using VBA and advanced spreadsheets to streamline data consolidation. Manage reverse logistics SLAs, audit fiscal documentation compliance, and benchmark internal and external centers of distribution. Represent the area in strategic meetings as a technical interface with IT, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
