Conduct monthly revenue and expense closing, tracking budget execution to identify variances and improvement opportunities. Impute payment orders, collaborate with accounting on closing processes, and project income and expenses for financial planning. Prepare financial result reports for internal teams and account directors while loading and updating management tools. Gather key information from various departments to ensure data quality and availability. Identify management improvement opportunities and collaborate on developing new tools and processes. Participate in this temporary 6 to 8-month role at Havas Media Group, working in a hybrid schedule of two office days and three home office days.
