Analyze medical accounts of lower complexity, including hospital claims, appeals, and billing statements from providers and the Unimed system, while negotiating collection requests and re-billing outside standard deadlines. Confirm medical accounts, reference tables, invoices, and reports to release billing to the finance sector, ensuring compliance with ANS regulations, the National Exchange Manual (MIN), and contractual conditions. Manage glosa appeals and re-billing requests within established timelines, support credencers and Unimeds with document corrections, and propose process improvements to optimize daily routines. Work under supervision with a focus on accurate payment, billing, and receipt of services to the Credenciada Network and Unimed.
