Receive, register, and distribute medical documentation for surgeries while ensuring all procedures align with institutional norms and the Code of Ethics. Manage billing processes for hospitalizations, including issuing invoices and analyzing patient accounts to prevent claims denials. Verify high-cost material usage against authorizations and invoices, confirm foreign patient insurance coverage, and collect private expenses for plastic surgery procedures. Monitor authorization and invoice pending items using spreadsheets to release financial resources, and control information within the WPD system for billed and unbilled services. You will work in rotating day and night shifts with an initial training session. The role supports patient care excellence within the Rede D'Or network across Brasília units, including DF STAR, Santa Helena, Santa Luzia, and Coração.
