Analista de Compliance Pleno

Support the development, review, and update of internal policies, norms, procedures, and controls related to the Compliance Program and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance indicators by consolidating data, performing critical analyses, and generating management reports to track program effectiveness. Identify, track, and control regulatory, normative, and internal obligations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, requirements, and compliance evidence. Assist in executing and monitoring compliance risk assessments, contributing to the identification, analysis, treatment, and reporting of mapped risks. Participate in planning and conducting training and awareness initiatives, developing supporting materials and monitoring participation and effectiveness. Manage the collection, organization, and control of evidence for Internal Audits, External Audits, Regulatory Inspections, and Control Cycles.
