Job Summary
Support import and export operations by tracking logistics, customs, and documentation processes while ensuring compliance with current laws and internal procedures. Review commercial documents such as invoices and packing lists, manage original shipping and certificate of origin records, and handle expense postings, cash reconciliations, and invoice issuance. Organize file folders and manage postal shipments. Requires a higher education degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, Logistics, or Economics, along with basic English skills and familiarity with international trade terms. Must reside in or have easy access to the Vinhedo/SP region.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel)
- Noções de importação e exportação
- Conhecimento básico de documentação internacional e incoterm
- Inglês básico à intermediário (leitura, escrita e conversação)
- Necessário ter fácil acesso a região de Vinhedo/SP
Desired Qualifications
- Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP (ex: SAP, Totvs Protheus, Oracle, Senior, etc.)
