Job Summary
Quality-focused Lead Technician, Quality Assurance responsible for accepting/rejecting manufactured products and monitoring subassemblies and finished goods against specifications; supports testing for complaints and non-conformance investigations; develops and maintains quality programs and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and agency guidelines, provides guidance to peers, and drives continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in quality assurance
- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
- Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience
- May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise
