Develop architectural and urbanistic projects across all stages, including regularizations, landscapes, interiors, and finish schedules. Review designs against technical requirements, current laws, and company guidelines to identify inconsistencies and propose adjustments. Support the creation of NBR 12.271 frameworks and sales materials like floor plans and videos, ensuring alignment with product characteristics. Monitor project schedules and costs to detect budget deviations and suggest alternatives. Assist in construction execution by evaluating work against project specifications and signaling divergences. Analyze market data and target audience traits to refine architectural solutions. Provide technical support to team members by sharing relevant knowledge and expertise. Work full-time from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.
