Job Summary
Control and tax accounting operations for assigned company portfolios, ensuring correct functioning of accounting and tax processes. Lead presentation of legal obligations, maintain external relationships with auditors and authorities, and guarantee regulatory compliance. Prepare financial statements, analyze accounts, and manage monthly and annual tax declarations. Requires 3+ years of experience, Certified Public Accountant status, and proficiency in Odoo or Concar. Strong leadership skills and strategic business vision are essential. Full-time role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, based in Surco, Lima. Required Qualifications
- 3 years or more of experience
- Experience using the Odoo or Concar system (Indispensable)
- Public Accountant (Contador Público Colegiado)
- Knowledge of accounting regulations, IFRS, and cost analysis
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills (Indispensable)
- Intermediate or Advanced English (Indispensable)
- Intermediate or Advanced Office management
- Strong leadership capacity and ability to form high-performance work teams
- Strategic business vision
