Job Summary
Analist II QC-AC at Organon in Oss, Netherlands, reporting to the Lab Coach, part of a Quality Control Analytical Chemistry team of 10–15 FTE. Responsible for performing and reviewing physical and chemical tests on finished products, stability samples, and related production materials; signaling deviations; drafting/updating GMP documents; training other lab personnel in QC procedures; and contributing to continuous improvements while maintaining 5S and general lab organization. Requires HBO-diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent, affinity with automated analytical systems and spectrophotometry techniques, and fluency in Dutch and English; position supports a 32-hour minimum weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-diploma in Analytical Chemistry or comparable
- Affinity with automated analytical systems and software; ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of spectrophotometry techniques
- Thorough theoretical knowledge of relevant analytical methods and techniques within QC Analytical Chemistry
- Good communicative and social skills
- Independent, decisive, critical and precise
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Availability: minimum 32 hours per week
