Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia procedures with proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques. Manage patient care by applying strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology while adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols. Operate effectively within a team-oriented, high-stress clinical environment, demonstrating excellent communication and decision-making abilities under pressure. Maintain a commitment to patient safety and ethical practice. Requires MBBS or equivalent degree with specialization in Anaesthesia (D.M. or M.Ch.), valid MCI or state medical council registration, and minimum one year of post-qualification clinical experience. Salary of ₹2.5–3 LPM for candidates with 1+ year of work experience.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Anaesthesia (D.M. or M.Ch. in Anaesthesia)
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in anesthesia practice
- Proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology related to anesthesia
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-stress clinical environment
