Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia care for surgical patients, managing airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques. Apply strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology to ensure patient safety while adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols. Communicate effectively within a team-oriented, high-stress clinical environment to support ethical practice and decision-making under pressure. Requires MBBS or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Anaesthesia, valid MCI registration, and minimum one year of post-qualification clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Anaesthesia (D.M. or M.Ch. in Anaesthesia)
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in anesthesia practice
- Proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology related to anesthesia
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-stress clinical environment
