Job Summary
Conduct pediatric call coverage with a 1:3 ratio, managing 7 patients per shift while performing both inpatient and outpatient rounding. Perform newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion, and manage non-invasive and acute ventilation. Handle admissions and maintain ongoing assignment status. - Beeper call with 30 minute response time required
- Call ratio: 1:3
- Average 7 patients per shift
