Prepare and analyze environmental samples using specific operational procedures while adhering to quality systems, TAT, and customer privacy. Monitor all laboratory instruments, ensure scheduled result delivery, and manage internal and external correlation testing. Develop and validate test methods, SOPs, and safety documents as needed, while updating on new standards and customer demands. Provide technical support to marketing, sales, and clients regarding testing or reporting inquiries. Maintain inventory of consumables and equipment, compiling supply lists when necessary.
