Job Summary
Provide 23/24-hour call coverage for an inpatient OB/GYN department with a low-risk pregnancy focus. Manage 3 patients per shift including 4 phone consults, 2 seen patients, and 2 admissions. Perform OB ultrasounds for viability screening and handle routine and complicated deliveries such as C-sections, VBAC, breech, and forceps procedures. Execute surgical GYN tasks including open and laparoscopic procedures. Requires Level I screening privileges and a 30-minute response time. Weekly deposit of negotiated pay with complimentary housing, travel, and malpractice coverage provided.

- Avg 3 patients per shift -- 4 phone consults, 2 seen, 2 admissions per 24hr
- Inpatient OB/GYN department setting
- Low risk pregnancy focus -- routine and complicated deliveries
- OB ultrasounds required -- Level I/screening for viability
