Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support the Amusement Attendant team to create a fun, welcoming game room environment while keeping all areas clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready. Oversee day-to-day operations of the arcade, laser tag, and escape rooms, manage inventory by ordering supplies based on par levels, and inspect, maintain, and coordinate repairs for equipment. Build schedules ensuring proper coverage for daily operations, parties, and events, and train new team members with ongoing coaching. Meet weekly with the General Manager to review staffing and operations, stay visible on the floor responding to guest needs, and enforce safety rules. Confidently operate the POS system, handle opening and closing duties, and monitor guests for rule violations or signs of intoxication. Regular nights, weekends, and holiday work are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of amusement, game room, or similar experience
- 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Someone who enjoys leading a team and staying active on the floor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Confident, approachable, and guest-focused
- Able to stay calm, organized, and positive in a loud, high-energy environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular nights, weekends, and holiday work
