Job Summary
Diagnose and repair arcade and virtual reality games while maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff. Lead a team of Game Technicians through hiring, training, and development to ensure 100% game playability and elevate team performance. Perform daily store maintenance, adhere to preventative maintenance programs, and handle on-the-fly repairs to keep equipment in ideal playing conditions. Work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays within a fast-paced, noisy environment. Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
