Job Summary
Diagnose and repair amusement arcade and virtual reality games while maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests. Lead a team of Game Technicians through hiring, training, and development to ensure 100% game playability and elevate team performance. Perform daily store maintenance, adhere to preventative maintenance programs, and resolve repairs on the fly to keep equipment in ideal playing conditions. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced, noisy environment with an average of 50-hour work weeks. This role supports Dave & Buster's and Main Event Entertainment, offering growth opportunities within two FUN Brands under one roof.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
