Job Summary
Operate all major attractions and expertly curate the gaming experience for guests, upselling games by demonstrating operations and encouraging play. Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and fully operational environment for both games and individual stations while assisting with store restocking. Serve as a trusted resource for guest inquiries regarding venue pricing, special events, and daily promotions. Ensure all stations are fully functional and provide a fun, playful atmosphere for both experienced and non-experienced gamers.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older
- Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate
- Experience with customer service
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the venue's pricing for special events, promotions and daily events
