Job Summary
Promote The Rec Room's entertainment experience to guests while ensuring accurate transaction entry and adherence to company policies. Maintain the counter by keeping it clean, stocked, and well-organized. Educate guests on maximizing their visit by explaining product functions and upselling retail items. Handle cash processing and POS procedures in accordance with established standards. Set up and tear down equipment for functions, events, and activities. Ensure guests are aware of pricing for special events, promotions, and daily activities. Relay all guest inquiries and concerns to Supervisors or Managers.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage a counter and its contents
- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Working alone for full shifts
- Working varied shifts
